Capt. Justin is one of the few captains born and raised in the Sebastian, Florida area and has been fishing the coast from Port Canaveral to Vero Beach for over 25 years. Being on the water over 200 days a year he is sure to find some fish no matter what the water or weather conditions are. Starting out fly fishing in fresh water and the flats of the Mosquito Lagoon area, he quickly made the transition to Sebastian inlet and offshore fishing.
